Disclosure and / or transmission of data
IVKHK cooperates with third parties to which we may transmit related data, including personal data, for the purpose of cooperation.
Third parties may be public authorities, IT partners, e-service brokers or providers, institutions and organizations, provided that:

1. the purpose and processing is lawful;
2. processing of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the instructions of the IVKHK.

Your rights and how you can exercise your rights
By contacting the IVKHK e-mail at andmekaitse@ivkhk.ee, you can exercise your rights as follows:

1. Ask for access to your personal data;

2. Ask for the correction of your personal data;

3. Ask for the deletion of personal data;

4. To withdraw its consent to the processing of personal data, if applicable.

You may exercise your rights in accordance with the requirements of applicable European Union and local laws.

If personal data has been deleted on your request, the IVKHK will only store such copies of the information that is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the school or third parties, to conduct a troubleshooting or enforce any agreement that you have concluded with the IVKHK.

Right to file a complaint
If you believe that your privacy rights have been violated, you are entitled to contact the IVKHK's Data Protection Officer or the Executive Director.

You can also contact the Data Protection Inspectorate or the institution of the EU Member State in which you have your permanent residence.
